Table Tower Scaffolding System
TT SCAF
TT SCAF system is generally preferred in multi-storey buildings as panel formwork in order to provide profit in terms of labour and time.

TT SCAF system is the most resistant system used as under slab carrier scaffolding.
TT SCAF system consists of 6 types of main materials. These are
– Main frames (110, 150, 180)
– Diagonals
– Horizontal connections,
– Lower adjustment shaft,
– Upper adjustment shafts
– Frame additional pipe.
TT SCAF system can be used for various purposes in construction thanks to its element diversity. These are; – As panel formwork, – As under slab scaffolding, – As stair tower.
Main frame used in TT SCAF system;
Ø60×3,3mm vertically from the pipe, Ø48×2,5mm horizontally and Ø34x2mm diagonally. Diagonal and horizontal elements made of Ø34×2,5mm pipe. Unlike the others, the lower adjustment screw base is manufactured from 8mm sheet metal. TT SCAF system is generally preferred as a panel formwork in order to save labour and time in multi-storey buildings. Used as table formwork. In case of use as a panel formwork, scaffold openings depending on the main carrier strength maximum savings are achieved in material and labour. Panel formwork application is carried out with the technical support team at the beginning of the first project, material project after assembly can be used without dismantling until the end. Thus, saving labour and construction time without the need for re-installation and dismantling gain is obtained. Scaffolding to gain speed in the construction of industrial structures, bridges and overpasses with slab thickness up to 2m used as a system. By using single or stacked main frames, the frame height can be increased in one go. Helps to close it. Thus, it saves material and labour. It can also be used as tower scaffolding by using additional material to ensure maximum worker safety in high buildings installation can be realised. Table type H scaffolding has a rigid structure thanks to the materials that make up the system.It is a preferred tower scaffolding system in terms of worker safety.
