Flanged Scaffolding System
FL SCAF
FL SCAF scaffolding system is a system that can be used as both underfloor carrier and facade scaffolding. It has this name because horizontal and vertical elements are connected to each other by means of flanges.

FL SCAF scaffolding system is more preferred as a facade scaffolding in high-rise buildings with variable architectural structure and variable dimensions. The fact that the materials that make up the scaffolding have few accessory types is one of the reasons why this system is preferred. When used under the slab, the desired strength is provided as a result of using horizontal and vertical elements at the desired intervals. Scaffolding strength is 40kN / foot.
FL SCAF scaffolding system is completely manufactured in special automatic gas welding robots. FL SCAF scaffolding system consists of 6 types of main materials. These are: Vertical Elements, Horizontal Elements, Diagonal Element, Walking Platform Upper Adjustment Screw, -Lower Adjustment Screw Vertical elements are made of Ø48x3mm, horizontal and diagonal elements are made of 048×2,5mm pipe. Sheet metal bending or casting material from 5mm can be used at the joint points of the scaffold according to demand.
FL SCAF scaffolding system diagonal element is used in high-rise buildings to resist loads acting on the scaffold such as wind load etc. Apart from such cases, diagonal application is not common. Upper and lower adjusting elements are manufactured from 4mm special rolling pipe, full or empty according to preference. The base plates of the adjustment shafts are made of 5mm A1 quality steel to prevent deformation. In addition, the nuts used in the adjustment shafts are first quality ductile iron castings subjected to special tests.
